What currency are the prices in?

All prices stated are in Singapore Dollar (SGD)

What are the payment methods accepted?

Payment via credit card is accepted through Stripe or Paypal.
You can also pay via Paynow/Paylah (this helps me avoid transaction fees and is much preferred for a small business (: ). Please drop me a DM on Instagram with your order screenshot and I'll help you with your order.

Do you ship overseas?

For now, the website only takes in local orders. However, if you’re overseas and keen to purchase something, feel free to drop me an email and I'll help you work out the shipping rates.

When will my order be shipped?

Please allow up to 7 working days for orders to be packed and shipped (unless otherwise stated for preorder items). You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped out!

How are my orders shipped out?

Local orders are shipped via Singpost through tracked delivery to your letterbox. All items are packed with care in rigid envelops or bubble wrap protection for shipping. Unfortunately, I will not be responsible for any damages incurred caused by the shipping process. In the event you have any issues with your order, feel free to reach out to me via Instagram or email.

Can I opt for self-collection?
Yes. Self-collection dates will be arranged via email after your order is placed. Collection venues will be at either Sengkang MRT or Dhoby Ghaut MRT (only weekdays, usually during evenings), and at events if I’m boothing.
