Hi! I'm Tammy, an illustrator based in Singapore. As a freelance creative, I help brands and organisations tell stories through illustration, making ideas feel a little more human and memorable. My projects range from brand campaigns and editorial features to illustrated maps, community murals, and merchandise.
Outside of client work, I create original illustrated goods that celebrate the many ways we explore life. You'll find travel-inspired illustrations, metaphorical maps for our wonderfully confusing lives, and perhaps just another silly reason to book a trip. I started @teechewpaper during the pandemic as a space to create freely, exploring the world from my room through Google Maps and drawing faraway places. What began as a way to cure wanderlust has grown into a love for illustrating the memories we collect and the journeys we take to rediscover ourselves. Perhaps it’s also fuelled by my millennial belief that travel is a legitimate form of healing.
